Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Edward Johnson, of Bramford, co. Suffolk, paper maker, upon surrender of his former lease, of that messuage or tenement together with all and every their mills commonly called Hawks mill, and millstones and materials belonging thereto, and the meadows and hams adjoining. Rent £6 8s 10d and 4 quarters 6 bushels of wheat and 6 quarters 4 bushels 3 pecks of malt or their money equivalent. From Lady day 1779 for 20 years.
