Appointment by John Southwell, of Barham, co. Suffolk, esquire, of George Nycolles, gentleman, as his attorney to seal sign and deliver a bond in £40 to master Roger Amys, and a joint bond in £40 to the Provost and College of Eton, and to receive of Edmond Hargat, bursar, a bill of wood sale to be made jointly to the said John and Roger.
