Bond, by Thomas Orams, of Maidenhead, co. Berks, B.A., in £40 to the Provost and College. The condition is that if the said Orams before the last day of February next do procure himself to be lawfully ordained a minister of the church without further delay or else within the same time to deliver to the Provost and College a presentation granted to him of the benfice of Cretinge St Marie in the gift of the College and do fully resign all his interest in the said benefice; also if it shall happen at any time hereafter that he shall be preferred to any other benefice or ecclesiastical promotion wherewith it shall not be lawful for him to enjoy the parosnage of Cretinge lately bestowed upon him by the College, and then after he shall be presented to any such promotion he do give notice thereof under his hand and seal to the College, so that thereby the Provost and College do not lose the gift of the said paronsage, then this obligation is to be void.
