Property in Buckinghamshire: Grant of messuage

Grant by William Comburton, and Joan, his wife, younger daughter of Simon Worthyngpole, of Dorneye, to Richard Lyton and Richard Plomel, of the same, of a half part of a messuage with a curtilage adjacent. The messuage had once been divided between Joan, the younger, and Margaret, the elder, daughter of the said Simon. And grant of the part of the arable lands and meadows which descended to the said Joan at the death of the said Simon in Dorneye or elsewhere.

(1) 20mm, a pelican over a nest with three young, feeding from its breast. A legend.
(2) 25mm, armorial, a cross rising from W between three stars.
