Grant by Thomas Cumberton and Margaret, his wife, elder daughter of Simon Worthyngpole, of Dorneye, to William Cumberton and Joan, his wife, younger daugther of the said Simon, of a moiety of a messuage in Dorneye which they inherited at the death of the said Simon. To the said William and Joan and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to John, son of the said Joan, and the heirs of his body, with remainder to the right heirs of the said William.
