Property in Buckinghamshire: Indenture of grant

Indenture of grant by William Bullok alias Clerk, of Dorney, William Smyth, alias Goldewyn and John Leyre, of the same, to Alice, late the wife of John Pulney, of Dorney, of all the lands and tenements in Burnham and Dorney and elsewhere in co. Bucks, which together with William Yngby, deceased, they lately had of the gift of the said Pulney, excepting half an acre of land newly built upon and granted to William Giffard and Margaret, his wife, and the heirs of their bodies. To hold for her life, with remainder to John Pulney, son of the said John and Alice, and the heirs of his body, with remainder to thomas Pulney, brother of the said John (son) and the heirs of his body, with remainder to Felicia Nycoll, sister of the said Thomas, and the heirs of her body. If all such heirs are lacking, the premises to be sold and the money to be distrubited in alms for the souls of the said John and Alice Pulney and John, Thomas and Felicia, and their relations, friends and benefactors.
