Grant by William Bullok alisa Clerk, of Dorney, William Nycholl, of London, brewer, William Smythe alias Goldewyn and John Leyre, of Dorney, to Alice, late the wife of John Pulney, of Dorney, of all the lands and tenements in Burnham and Dorney or elsewhere in the county of Bucks which they togehter with William Ingeby, deceased, lately had of the gift of the said John Pulney, except for one half acre of land in Dorney newly built upon by them for William Gyffard and Margaret, his wife, and their heirs. To hold for her life, for the rent due to the chief lords of the fee, with remainder to John Pulney, son of the said John and Alice, and the heirs of his body, with remainder to Thomas Pulney, brother of the said John, and the heirs of his body, with remainder to Felicia Nycholl, sister of the said Thomas, and the heirs of her body. If she has no heirs, the premises are to be sold and the money distributed in alms for the souls of the said John Pulney, senior, Alice, his wife, and John, Thomas and Felicia, their children.
The document was never sealed and at the bottom has been written the draft of a grant by Alice, late the wife of John Pulney, of Dorneye, widow, to William Nychol, of London, brewer, and Richard Benfeld, of Wyngfyld, co. Berks, husbandman, of all her lands and tenements.
