Grant by William Rooke, of Boveney, to Thomas Walwer and Alice Cook, late the wife of William Cook, of a cottage with curtilages and gardens adjoining in Boveney, lying breadth between the King's way leading from Dorney towards the abbey of Burnham on the east and the land of Thomas Swan called le Oldehawe and the land of William Smyth on the west, extending in length from the cottage of John Cowbrigge on the north to the land of Thomas Carter, sometime of John Trabber, lying in the field called Asshford on the south.
