Grant by Thomas Walwer, of Boveney, to Lewis Merchaunt, William Yngeby and William Montagew of a cottage with gardens and curtilages adjacent in Boveney, lying in breadth between the King's way leading from Dorney towards the abbey of Burnham on the east and the land of Thomas Swan called le Oldhawe and the land of William Smyth on the west and extending in length from the cottage of John Cowbrigge on the north to the land of Thomas Carter on the south; which he had conjointly with Alice Cocke of the gift of William Becke.
