Grant by Robert Bydell, of Clewer, and Joan, his wife, to Thomas Crownale of 3 half acres of meadow in the parishes of Dorney and Boveney, one half acre in Boveney in the field called le West Feld between the land of John Scott on the north and William Montague on the south and the abbess of Burnham on the east and the said William Montague on the west, and one half acre in le Shortfurr, and one rood between the land late of Richard Lovell on the south and west and John Scott on the north and east, and one rood at le Petytes between the land of John Semer, clerk, on the west and of the abbess of Burnham on the east and of Richard Busshopp on the south and of William Ingby on the north.
Witnesses: William Montague, John Webbe, John Goldewyn, John Norys, William Foster, William Goldewyn, Philip Crownale.

Two seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Round, 13mm, Two ? trees, above perhaps BY, below perhaps DL.
(2) A bad impression, perhaps originally oval about 30 x 22mm. Armorial, seme with roundles, a bend.
