Bond by Agnes Ponney, alias Pultney, of London, widow, to Agnes Mason in £100 for the observation of the judgement of Antony Fitzherbert, Knight, and William Shelley, Justices of Common Pleas, upon the title to a messugae, a cottage and 60 acres of land in Dorney, and all other lands and tenements in Dorney late of John Ponney, brother of Agnes Mason, now at variance between the said Agnes and Agnes, as upon all other actions between the same.
