Grant by Thomas Smyth alias Thomas Butler, of Eton, to John Butler, John Alfeld, John Horsman, William Tudwey, Nicholas Tubman and John Laukoke of two messuages 60 acres of arable and pasture in Dorney, a close of pasture in Bovenay and an acre of wood in Burneham, and all the lands and tenements late of John Pulney in Dorney, Bovenay and Burneham, and all his free lands and tenements in Chalvey and elsewhere in the parish of Upton, and his messuage with gardens adjacent called le Sheppe in the town of New Wyndesor in the domain and parish of Clewer next Wyndesor bridge, and all his lands and tenements within the parish of New Windsor. He had the premises by grant of Michael Dadysley, Edmund Wyngat, clerk, and John Shaw,, feoffors, for the use of a certain Richard Rothall and Agnes, his wife. And appointment of William Ketill, William Wagg, Hugh Lynne, John Tudwey and Edward Fuller as his attorneys to deliver seisin.
