Grant in frankalmoign by Thomas Smyth alias Thomas Buttler, of Eton, to Roger Lupton, Provost, and the College of two messuages 60 acres of arable land, meadow and pasture in Dorney, a close of pasture in Bovenay and an acre of wood in Burneham, and all lands and tenements late of John Pulney in Dorney, Bovenay and Burneham, and all his free lands and tenements in Chalvey and elsewhere in the parish of Upton, and a messuage or tenement with a garden in the town of New Wyndesor in the lordship and parish of Clewer near the bridge called Wyndesor Bridge and all other his lands and tenements in New Wyndesor. The grantor had all the premises of the grant of Michael Dadisley, Edmund Wyngatt, clerk, and John Shaw for the use of a certain Richard Rothall and Agnes, his wife. And appointment of Richard Fytzwater, William Adens, Humfrey Adens, Edward Skelton and Richard Ynge as his attorneys to deliver seisin.
