Grant by John Butler, John Alfeld, John Horseman, William Tudwey and John Laukoke to Roger Lupton, Provost, and the College of Eton of 2 messuages 60 acres of arabe meadow and pasture in Dorney, and a close of pasture in Boveney and an acre of wood in Burneham, and all the lands and tenements that were late of John Pulney in Dorney, Bovenay and Burneham, and all their free lands and tenements in Chalvey and elsewhere in the parish of Upton, and a messuage or tenement called le Sheppe with gardens adjacent in New Wyndesor in the parish of Clewar lying next Wyndesor bridge, and all their lands and tenements in the parish of New Wyndesor; which they had of the gift of Thomas Smyth alias Thomas Butler, of Eton. And appointment of Robert Stokes, Geoffrey Danyell, Rober Emery, Thomas Floid, William Clerk, Robert Davy, William Buttler and Nicholas Tubman, junior, as their attorneys to deliver seisin.

(3) Round, 14mm, a flower of six petals, surrounded by eight flowers.
(4) Rectangular, 13 x 9mm, a device, perhaps IW or WI.
(5) Octagonal, 15mm. A stag.
