Grant by Richard Simond, of Cippenham, to Isabel, daughter and heir of Simon Branchele, of a cottage with a curtilage adjacent in Cippenham between the messuage sometime of Walter Simond on the north and east and the messuage sometime of Simon Branchele on the south and the common called le Eldefeld on the west. To be held by the said Isabel and the heirs of her body, with remainder, if she dies without such heirs, to John Colewell, of Cippenham.
