Grant by John Thurston, of Denham, to Richard Watte, of Sippenham, and Julian, his wife, and John and William, their sons, of a garden in Sippenham lying between a croft of John Colewell on the east and the common pasture called Oldefelde on the west and a cottage sometime of Robert de Sippenham on the north and a croft of the said Richard on the south.
