Grant by William Colyere and Thomas Durrewyn, of Bekenesfeld, to John Walter, of Cippenham, and Amy, his wife, of a messugae, once of Richard Baker, of Cippenham, which the said William had of the gift of Walter Gregori, of Bekenesfelde, situated between the tenement of Alice Ive on the west and the land of John Sampson on the south and east and the King's way on the north.
Witnesses: John Sampson, Richard Watte, Richard Simond, Nicholas Cartere, Richard Burton, John Payn, John Lewyn, Roger Parlour.
