Grant by William Colyere and Thomas Durrewyn, of Bekenesfeld, to John Walter, of Cippenham, and Amy, his wife, of a messugae, once of Richard Baker, of Cippenham, which the said William had of the gift of Walter Gregori, of Bekenesfelde, situated between the tenement of Alice Ive on the west and the land of John Sampson on the south and east and the King's way on the north.
Witnesses: John Sampson, Richard Watte, Richard Simond, Nicholas Cartere, Richard Burton, John Payn, John Lewyn, Roger Parlour.
Cippenham.
Two doubled tags for seals which are missing.
[This deed is written upon a piece of parchment that had been previously used for a writ of Privy Seal, which is to be found in its entirety under the turn-over, directed to (the Justices of Assise) to take an assise of novel disseisin arraigned by John Arches of Stoke and Joan his wife against John son of William Hatfield of Weston Turvyll].
