Grant by John Collewelle, senior, of Cyppenham, to Thomas Peioun, of the same, and Margaret atte Dene, of Burnham, of all his lands and tenements in Cyppenham in the parish of Burnham except a messuage with a house built thereon situated between the land of Richard Symond on the south and the land of John Croplyng on the north and the land of the said Richard on the east and the King's way on the west, and except a croft of land which he holds for life from John Colwelle, junior, in Cyppenham.
