Grant by Thomas Fitz Thomas, of Dorney, in the parish if Burnham, William Forster and William Carpenter, of the same in the parish of Dorney, to John Colewell, of Cippenham of 2 half acres of arable lying in the field of Cippenham, of which 1 half acre lies in a cultura called Estsonderich between the land of the lord of Cippenham on either side and extends on the land of William atte Brome to the east and the land of Richard Smyth to the west, and the other half acre lies in the cultura called Dewemancroft between the land of William White on the east and the land of the lord of Cippenham on the west and extends on to the London road to the south and the land of John atte Pirie to the north; which they had of the gift of Ricahrd Plomell of Dorney.
Witnesses: John Newenham, of Dorney, Robert Scot, of the same, John atte Pirie, of Cippenham, John Luyn and William Cook, of Burnham.

Two seals, red wax, on doubled tags. There is a third tag which does not seem to have ever had a seal.

(2) Round, 18mm. A device. JESUS
