Grant by Richard Aas, citizen and goldsmith of London, and son and heir of Amy, sometime the wife of John Walter, of Cippenham, to William Dawe, of Cippenham, of all that messuage which descended to him after the death of the said Amy; which messuage she had together with the said John Walter, then her husband, of the gift of William Colyer and Thomas Durreweyn, of Bekenesfelde.
