Grant by Nicholas Tylhurst, of Cyppenham, and Margaret, his wife, to John Colwelle, of the same, of a piece of land in Cyppenham between the grantor's land called Doughtyescroft on the north and his land called Mochemed on the south in breadth, abutting at one end on the land of the said John called Chalvyngcroft and at the other on the land of the said John called le Esthawgh, containing 20 feet in breadth.
