Grant by John Colwell, of Cyppenham, William atte Water, of Dydworth, co. Berks, and William Somur, of Cyppenham, to Henry Cobbe and Richard Robert, of Cyppenham, of a croft called Bachelerscrofte in Cyppenham, lying in length between the land of Nicholas Tyleherst on the east and the land of the lord of Cyppenham on the west and abutting to the south on the park of Cyppenham and to the north on the lands of the said John Colwell; which they had of the gift of John Bacheler.
Witnesses: William atte Gate, Thomas Carter, Peter atte More, Robert Hethton, Nicholas Tyleherst.

(1) Oval, 13 x 9mm, I beneath a crown and with a sprig on either side.
(2) Round, 13mm. W.
