Quitclaim by John Lotherlake, of Old Windsor, to Nicholas Ludlawe of all his right in a messuage with a curtilage adjacent in the township of Dachet between the rectory on the east and the tenement of William Arlyche on the west, one end extending on the rectory on the north and the other on the King's way on the south.
Witnesses: William Lyncolle, John in the Lane, William Arliche, Robert Fyssher, William Pylori.

Seal, round, 19mm, dark green wax, on doubled tag. Four leaves or petals from a centre.
