Grant by Margaret Heyam, relict of Robert Heyham, of Dachet, in her pure widowhood to Robert Fyssher and Walter Hunte, of the same, of a messuage with a curtilage adjacent in Dachet, between the rectory of the parish church of Dachet and the tenement of William Erliche in breadth, one head extending on the said rectory and the other on the King's way in length.

Seal, round, 18mm, dark wax, on doubled tag. Two concentric crosses, one of them with cross pieces at the ends of the shafts. A legend.
