Grant by Nicholas Broune, of Dachet, to John Lyncoln, of the same, of all his estate in a messuage with a curtilage and a garden adjacent, excepting a high and a low room at the west end of the hall with free entry and exit, during the grantor's life. Rent 11s and a bushel of apples from the garden. The grantee undertakes to pay a fine of 40s if the rent is 15 days in arrears.
Witnesses: Thomas Knollis, vicar of Dachet, John Aylewyn, John Mathew.
Seal, round, 14mm, dark brown was, on doubled tag, the left half missing. A ?thistle flower between [N] and B.
