Indenture of grant by William Berenger, of Yellyng, co. Middlesex, and Maud, his wife, to Robert Whytle, of Dachet, of 10 acres of arable and meadow lying in Dachet in divers parts, 1 acre of arable in the strip (tellus) called Ramforlong between the land of the said Whytle on the east and the land called Fyssherlond on the west, 3 roods of arable in the strip (cultura) called Chelt between the land of Robert Appulton on the west and the land of John Mathew on the east, 3 roods of arable in the same cultura between Rydyng Court on the east and the land of Roger Sherman on the west, 1½ acre of meadow in Watery Hale between the meadow called Erlyches on the east and the land of John Walter on the west, ½ acre of arable in the strip (tellus) called Brokeforlong between the land of John Mathew on the east and the land of the lord of Dachet on the west, a rood of arable abutting on Rydyng Court between the land of the rectory of Dachet on the west and the land of David Selly on the east, another rood of arable in the strip (tellus) called Wylbadesham between the land of David Brekenok on the north and the land late of William Bugle on the south, 1 acre of arable in the same strip (tellus) between the land of David Selly on the north and the south, ½ acre of arable at Gateway between the land of David Brekenok on the west and the land of Thomas Tanner on the east, another acre of arable in the strip (cultura) called Stokfurlong between the land of David Brekenok on the east and the land of John Mathew on the west, ½ acre of arable in the same strip (cultura) between the land of David Brekenok on the east and the land of William Mogunhod on the west, ½ acre of arable in the strip (tellus) called Mydforlong between the land of William Archer on the west and the land of David Brekenok on the east, ½ acre of arable in the strip (cultura) called the Longe Merssh between the land of David Brekenok on the west and the land of Philip Hunte on the east, ½ acre of arable in the strip (cultura) called Charlcroft between the land of John Mathewe on the west and the land of David Brekenok on the east, 1 acre of arable at Newe Mede between the land of David Brekenok on thr east and the land of Philip Hunte on the west; which said 10 acres the said Maud lately had in her possession together with Walter Mayhewe, her late husband, in the parish and township of Dachet of the gift of Richard Erlych and John Hunte, of Dachet.
The grantee concedes that if the said Maud or Willilam Mayhewe, her heir, shall pay £10 at the end of 12 years, then they may re-enter the premises, recover the evidences and possess the premises as heretofore.

Seal, round, 12mm, red wax, on doubled tag. A flower of four petals on a stem beneath a ? branch.
Another doubled tag does not appear ever to have borne a seal.
