Grant by Richard Perfey of Chalfey to William his son for his service of all his tenement in Chalveye in the parish of Upton with 3 acres and a rood of arable of which half an acre lies in Wyestebrig at Wythiestowe between the land of Thomas Bullok on one side and the land of Richard Chapman on the other and half an acre lies in the same field between the land of Walter atte Brooke on one side and the land of John Dogett on the other side and half an acre lies in Longfurlonge between the land of Vincent Vincent on one side and the land of Walter Newe and half an acre lies at Blakeplot between the land of Vincent Fyncent on one side and the cultura called Longlond and half an acre lies on Spytelnere between the land sometime of Sampson Agodeshalf on one side and the land of John Doget on the other, and the rood lies on Medefurlong between the land of Willliam le Scheperd on one side and the land of Vincent Fincent on the other side.
