Grant by John Wodeward, gentleman, to Thomas Wyrly, Thomas Assheby and Thomas Coles, gentleman, of a tenement with a croft annexed and half a virgate of land called Keynes in Chalvey, which he lately had of the gift of Maud Jay, widow, deceased. And appointment of William Gebon as his attorney to deliver seisin of the premises.
