Grant by John Bradunstokes and Amice, his wife, to Walter Chapman, of Wyke, and Alice, his wife, of 2½ acres of arable lying in the fields of Eton, one acre in Middelforlong between the land of Oliver Bordeux and the land of the rector of Eton, extending from the land sometime of Nicholas Andrew to the land of Thomas Roter, one acre towards Westeshawe between the land of Thomas ate Wyke and the land of Oliver Bordeux, extending from the land of William Coton to the King's way which leads from Boveneye to Wyndessor, and the half acre in Markforlong between the land of William ate Gate and the land sometime of Hugh Mannyng, extending from the land of the said William ate Gate to the land of Oliver Bordeux.

(1) 24mm, natural coloured wax, worn. A shield of arms within a cusped border.
(2) 22mm, red wax, paschal lamb, within a border of two interlaced squares.
