Property in Buckinghamshire: Indenture tripartite

Indenture tripartitie between John Smart, chaplain, of Langeleye Marreys, and John atte Nassh, of the same, of the first part, John Bridhame, junior, of Langeleye Marreys, son of Roger Bridhame, and Agnes, his wife, of the second part, and Richard Bakere, of Dutton, of the third part, by which the said Smart and Nassh have granted to the said John Bridhame and Agnes, his wife, a messuage and 2½ acres of arable in Langeleye Marreys which they had, to them and their heirs in fee, of the gfit of John Shepherd; the messuage situated between the tenement of Richard Pope on the south and that of Hugh Bonet on the north, and half an acre in Slofurlonge between the land of John Hale on the west and that of Laurence Dabron on the east, and half an acre in Shortfurlonge between the land of John Hale on the south and that of Richard Craunford on the north, and half an acre on Middelfurlonge between the land of William Blakemore on the north and that of John Hounte on the south, and half an acre on Gromfurlonge between the land of John Hale on the east and that of William Rothewell on the west, and half an acre on Lomere between the land of William le Eyr on the south and that of John Remenam on the north. To hold to them and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to Richard Bakere.

Three seals, round, 20mm, brown wax, on doubled tags, identified by writing on the tags as those of the second and third parties to the deed.
