Content description
At a court held at Langeley Mareys John Brydham asked for license to enclose a piece of his land in le Chyrchefeld to enlarge his garden, in length 54 feet and in breadth 33 feet. The homage present that there would be no damage to the King or the tenants from such enclosure. Brydham pays 6d to enter upon the land and proceed, and does fealty.
