Indenture of lease by Agnes Bridham, of Langeley Marreys, to John Bridham, her son, of a cottage with a curtilage adjacent and 2½ acres of arable in Langeley, reserving to the grantor one ground floor room called le Queernehous in the said cottage, with free entrance and exit, the cottage lying in Horsmere between the tenement late of Robert Pasterell on the south and the tenement of Peter Bonet on the north, and half an acre in Chirchefeld in the furlong called Lowemere, and half an acre in Bromefurlong and half an acre in Slofurlong in Medefeld, and half an acre in Midfurlong, and half an acre in Shortfurlong. From Michaelmas next for the life of Agnes.
