Indenture of lease by William Scott, of Weston Turvile, to master William Westbury, Provost, of a piece of land at Chalvey (Chalfhey) within the ground called Bournes, containing in length 15 perches, each perch being of 16½ feet, and containing at the west end 5 perches 10 feet and at the east end 2 perches. To be held by the Provost and College, for the use of their works there for digging clay or sand and carting the same, from 11 May last for 40 years. Rent 1d.
