Grant by William Strete, clerk, John Marchall, clerk, and John Baraclo, chaplain, to John Boyle, of Chalvey in Upton, of a tenement in Chalvey with a curtilage and a piece of arable adjacent between a tenement late of John Lynde, sometime of Henry Clerke and now of Richard Bulstrode on the north and a messuage sometime of William Baldock called Lakes on the south in breadth, the piece of land lying at the end of the curtilage between the land of John Lynde, now of Richard Bulstrode, and the land called Lakes. The grantor had the premises of the gift of Richard Hopton, clerk.
Witnesses: John Sever, Thomas Chapman, William Rykman, Philip Bradley, John Pytte.
Three seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
