Grant by Thomas Pope, of Chalvey in Upton, smith, and Thomas Shaftesbury, of Chalvey, husbandman, to John Boyle, of Suthwerk, mason, Joan Ase, late the wife of Edmund Ase, late of Suthwerk, fuller, William Undrewode, smith, John Pycard, dyer, John Roger and John Pounteney, currier, of all their lands and tenements in Chalvey which they had of the grant of John Roger and William Gybon, of Chalvey.
Witnesses: Thomas Wexham, Thomas Grome, John Sever, William Peke, Philip Bradley.

(1) Oval, 13 x 8mm, beneath a crown I.
(2) Round, 17mm. ? a flower with sprigs. A legend.
