Grant by John de Burkele to John le Dent of Dorney, for his service, of all that messuage he had of the gift of Adam le Seler in New Windsor, lying between the messuages of Robert le Tannere and Richard Baron for the services due to the chief lords viz. to Richard Baron 10d and to the heirs of Adam le Seler 4d.
Witnesses: William le Cave of Dorney, Thomas Burnel, Robert le Clerk of Dorneye, Hugh de Pera (?), Richard son of Walter, Simon de Worthingpole, William Clavering, Walter son of Walter, William le Dent, Robert son of Thomas, Walter de Worthingpol.
Seal, round, 23mm, green wax, on doubled tag. A (?) floral design of four petals crosswise with lines between.
