Grant by Geoffrey de Glastingbur' and Isabel, his wife, to William de Stoke and Christina, his wife, for their service and 4s, of a place of land in Windsor lying between the tenement sometime of John de Oppenore and the tenement of Ralph Badde in breadth and extending in length from the royal way of the lord King to the royal way which leads to the stable of the lord King, for the services due to the chief lord of the fee and to the grantor a peppercorn.
Witnesses: John Ingelard, Edmund Grandmar'o, William Pugg, Ralph de Clyware, Frary de Windesor, Barbur, Reginald the Baker, Hugh Asgar, Robert the Clerk.
Seals, green wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Pointed oval, 38 x 27mm, ?an axe.
(2) Round, 30mm, floral device of four broad and four thin petals.
