Grant by William, son and heir of Hugh atte Gate, of la Wyke, to Richard Est, of New Windsor, for a certain sum of money, of a curtilage in New Windsor of the fee of the abbot of Reading, lying in Underor between the land of Richard Kaye on one side and the King's way on the other side in breadth and extending from the King's way to the land of Robert Randulf in length. To hold in perpetuity from the chief lords of the fee for the services due.
