Content description
Bond by John Godefray, of New Windsor, to Robert Matheu, of the same, in £10 to be paid at the feast of the Purification next. The said Robert has granted Henry Godefray, son of the said John, 4 acres of arable in Underorefelde lying in divers parts on condition that the said Henry after seisin of forty days shall re-feoff the said Robert and Joan, daughter of the said John.
