Grant by Richard Totteforde, of Wynkefelde, and John Goodwyne, of the same, to John Aylward, junior, of the same, and Eve, his wife, of two crofts lying severally in Wynkefelde, one at Rysschestrode between the meadow of Giles Frensche and William Benfelde on the west and the land of John Porte, sometime of Henry Dogmeresfelde on the east in breadth, one head extending on the land of John Aylward and the land of John Newynton on the south and the other head on the land of Richard Lane on the north, and the other croft between the land of William Martyn on the east and that of Richard Lane on the west, one head extending on the land of John Porte and the other on le Wodegrene. They had had the same of the gift of Richard atte Lee. To hold for their lives in survivorship with remainder to Roger, their son, and Alice, his sister, in perpetuity.
