Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Henry Bulstrod, of Hedgley Bulstrod, co. Bucks, esquire, upon surrender of a lease to George Edwardes, of all their lands meadows leazures and pastures at Rudswrth in Stanwell, co. Middlesex, reserving all woods and underwoods and liberty of entry. From Michaelmas last for 21 years.
Rent £3 6s 8d and 2 quarters 4 bushels of wheat and 3 quarters 3 bushels of malt. Witnesses: Benjamin Owtred, public notary, Thomas Dickinson.
Signature of lessee "Henry Bulstrode".
Seal, round, 12mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Armorial, Bulstrode: a stag's head, cabossed, attired, between the attires a cross fitchee, through the nostrils an arrow feathered.
