Grant by Simon le Tanner, of Burnham, to Henry Druwery, his father, of a messuage in Burnham between a messuage sometime of John atte Broke on the south and a messuage of Walter le Celer on the north, extending to the east on the land of John son of John son of Walter and to the west on the King's way which goes through the middle of Burnham.
Witnesses: John de Burnham, William Rudduk, Thomas Andr', Richard Thurstan, William Mercer, Robert the Smith, William le Teylur, Walter Celer.

Seal, a sheild, 17 x 13mm, greenish wax, on doubled tag.
