Grant by Henry Druwery to Simon le Tanner, his son, and Mabel Beufiz of a messuage in Burnham between a messuage sometime of John ate Brok on the south and a messuage of Walter le Celer on the north, extending to the east on the land of John son of John son of Walter and to the west on the King's way which goes through the middle of Burnham. To them and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the longer liver of them and his or her heirs.
