Quitclaim by Thomas son of Walter le Nywe, of Chalveleye, to Henry, son of John Baudwyn, of Olveswykes, of all his right in all lands and tenements which John son of Simon de Poughele had of the gift of the grantor in Burnham, Cippham, Bretewell and Estburnham.
Witnesses: Sir Miles de Bello Campo, Knight, John de Wytefeld, John Lovekyn, Edmund de Reynham, Thomas Queyntrell, John son of Geoffrey atte Forde, Richard Gregory.

Seal, round, 20mm, natural colour wax, on doubled tag. Within a cusped circle a shield of arms. A bend. A legend.
