Property in Buckinghamshire: Indenture

Indenture between John de Poghle and Henry Baudeyne, by which the said John grants that, if the said Henry in the King's court grants the said John and Alice, his wife, all the lands and tenements he had of the gift of the said John in Burnham, Estburnham, Cippenham and Brutwelle, by a fine with warranty, and does not molest them therein, then a recognisance by which the said Henry is bound in £100 to the said John made before the Justices of the Bench is Hilary 6 Edward III shall be void.
