Property in Buckinghamshire: Grant of messuage

Grant by Peter Cristweyt, of Burnham, and Isabel, his wife, to Maud and Margaret, their daughter, of all their messuage in Burnham which they had of the gift of the late Elyas, son of John atte Lente, of Burnham, together with a curtilage adjacent and all houses, rooms and easements built on the said messuage, except two lofts built over the said rooms and except, for the grantors, free way to a well on the said messuage. The premises are situated between the grantor's messuage which they bought from Robert le Poleter and Alice, his wife, on the north and a message sometime of Geoffrey atte Northcarde on the south and the land of Ralph Est on the east and the King's way leading through the middle of Burnham on the west. To them and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of the grantors.

Two seals, natural colour wax, on doubled tags, the impressions much worn.
(1) Oval, 30 x 20 mm, ? a legend.
(2) Round, 24mm. A bird, a legend.
