Grant by Richard Athelard, of Estburnham, to John Pogheleye, of Stoke, of 8d yearly rent which Thomas son of Walter used to pay for 2 half acres and a rood of arable lying in the field called Estburnhamesbedewell, one half acre lying between the land of John Mayn on the east and that of Ralph Newman on the west, and the other half acre between the land of John Mayn on the south extending on to Schortefur' on the north, and the rood in the same field between the land of earl of Cornwall on the west and that of John Mayn on the east.
