Grant by Edmund Carpynter, of Farnham, and Agnes his wife, to William Glasyzer, of Burnham, and Alice, his wife, of all their grove at Merwynehay in Burnham extending upon the grove of William de Welegh on the east and on the land of John Foxton on the west and south and on the wood of John de la Penne on the north.
Witnesses: John Lewyn, William Cook, Robert atte Lee, William Fitzwater, John Cryteman.

Two seals, natural colour wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Round, 16mm, a device, a legend.
(2) Shield shaped, flat at the top and rounded at the bottom, a lion rampant, facing to the right. A legend.
