Indenture of grant by William Powghle, of Burnham, husbandman, to Richard Rokeby, of the same, of 5s 9d yearly rent of assise in Burnham, viz, from the tenement of Thomas Gardener 15d, from that of Alice Coke 12d, from that of John Gerard 12d, from that of Thomas Ive, now a garden, 12d, from that of John Lewen 16d and from John Fewster, of Esteburnham, for rents of assise and lands 4d. For 21 years. Rent a red rose. The grantee has the right to distrain if the rents are in arrears.
