Indenture of grant by William Powgle, of Burnham, husbandman, to Richard Rokeby, of the same, of 6s yearly rent of assise from tenements and a virgate of land of Thomas atte More, of Cippenham within the parish of Burnham, and 12d yearly rent of assise from four acres which Richard Robert, of Cippenham, holds in the said parish. From Michaelmas next for 21 years. Rent a red rose. If the rent is in arrears the grantee may enter and distrain.
